I think Rodwell would do really well under Martinez.
Why any young English players would sign for City/Chelsea is beyond me. They might as well stay at their mid-table clubs and play football every week than warm the bench for these clubs who only see them as a number to meet a quota.
I still rate Rodwell and think he can go on to play for a top side, he just never stood a chance. Its a shame for England fans too, that type of defensive midfielder is exactly what we needed this world cup.
Can he stop Messi legally though if he played?

Regarding Vidal to United
I'm still very skeptical with regards to Vidal coming to united.
By the time we decide to put in this bid for Vidal Pogba will be a Madrid player.
Why would Real Buy Verratti for that much when they are getting Kroos too and have other number of CM's anyway.
If PSG wanna sell Verrati they need to call LVG or Woody.
But the only reason they're selling Verrati is to finance a move for Pogba, who'll cost about 35 million more. 'Logic'.

Would love us to more for Veratti for 40 million€, that's around £32m, which in this day and age isn't that much considering age, prospects etc
