Di Maria would be an interesting addition. I think there will be a feeling of Real's cast-offs about the deal that will put some off but we were kicking ourselves for missing out on Sneijder and Robben when we sold Ronaldo to them.
While I think money should not concern fans, I do think Woodward should have a good bargaining position in that DiMaria wont be in their first team plans if they sign James Rodriquez. Add in the fact he's had a pretty average World Cup I think we could get him for a very reasonable price. £25 million.

That's quite a ridiculous statement from the President there. He can't honestly expect talented Bilbao players to not harbour aspirations beyond the club? Must be a football romantic.
You know what else is sad, I doubt Kroos will play much. Who will they drop for James? Modric? nope, Alonso? Nope, Khedira? Likely Also what ever happened to Jese, he looked incredible when he was playing earlier in the season like a Spanish Ronaldo....strange decision to go all in for James.

We're well stocked centrally and Di Maria is the better winger. Infact he's just overall a better player right now.

So seems like Liverpool offering the most for Sanchez but that out of Liverpool, Arsenal & Juve, Liverpool are his last choice. It will be interesting to see what happens. Arsenal need to up their bid because currently I think even Juve will match that fee.

I'd say it's a fair price. Aside from his odd brain farts, he's an excellent player and in great form to boot.

While I understand the frustration or, indeed, bemusement at this decison, team photos generally take place at a stadium or training ground, whereas a medical can take place at any medical facility and need not be done by a physician who is associated with a football club. It's a reasonably logical decision in light of the conditions of his ban.
He probably knows Arsenal are going to be up shit creek if they don't start spending.

Oh really?
Its not "stupidity" if he doesn't want the move. It just drags the deal out. They will know whether he's interested, if he isnt then they need to get the money and get on with their summer.
