£45m is justified when Torres was signed for £50m.. but seriously in a market where Mata is worth £37.5m (which is fair) then Vidal must be worth £7.5m more, again, which is fair. I said earlier that both him and Sanchez would cost £40-45 each and even at that money it's justified, we would also make over £30m from selling players that are most likely being sold anyway.

You can sign players all year round...But they don't "officially" become part of your club until the window opens.
