We didnt want him. Whats the panic? Should we sign every player on the market? People are fecking mental
I wouldn't rule out Vidal.2 of those will not sign for Utd and 1 is injured till January.
I wouldn't rule out Vidal.
Vidal is the calibre of player where if he did leave, he would be PSG or Real Madrid bound.I wouldn't rule out Vidal.
I would. He may move this summer but there aint a chance he's coming here.
The regard in which "fans" hold this club is incredible.

The regard in which "fans" hold this club is incredible. Yeah who would sign for us we are like Torquay without the views
RvNTell me a time we've went out and signed a plyer of his calibre in front of Madrid and Barca (who incidentally both want Vidal)?
Are we a great club? fecking damn right. Are we willing to spend the same as those two? Not even close.
Not their fault though, how many times have we missed out on players not based in England? We seem to do well to sign players who ply their trade in the EPL, but once we are out of that zone, it becomes a real problem and it's been like this for years, we haven't really signed anyone of note from outside England since we signed Veron. Chelsea do it with ease. No chance Vidal signs for Manchester United.
I disagree with this statement.
Admittedly it's a bit harder for us. We don't have CL football, Mourinho is one of the most highly regarded managers in world football and our squad has a bit of catching up to do with Chelsea.he s a cnut buy he s right

Chelsea getting their business done early. Surprised that MUFC haven't followed suit. Thought they would have learned lessons of last year

Not realistic at all. Pretty much all the richer more attractive clubs in Europe would be hot on his heels if he came available.I wouldn't rule out Vidal.

We weren't even in for fecking Fabregas. We might as well look at every club signing any player and do our dying wicked Witch "oh what a world, what a world" routine. Such drama queens everywhere.
SPOILER:
Other clubs are able to buy players to.
We have targets and we'll be trying to sign them. It doesn't mean we're in for EVERYONE. Players will move to other clubs. I thought this was established?
Forget pessimistic, some of us have been traumatized. I just tend to look at things realistically.I am amazed at how pessimistic our fans are about our chances of signing players. Try being more positive.
Let angry Piers Morgan decide that for them.I wonder who's more hated amongst Arsenal fans, RVP or Cesc?

I see where your coming from.Forget pessimistic, some of us have been traumatized. I just tend to look at things realistically.

last year everyone blamed moyes for our farcical summer, slowly slowly it s emerging that he was not the sole culprit. I still hope woody prove me wrong thoughWe've had to put up with Woodward running his mouth all season about how we've learnt from our mistakes and how we'll do our business early, and how we can attract such world class players. But when it comes to it, other clubs say nothing and just get it done.
This. Realistically we are fecking pathetic in the transfer market.Forget pessimistic, some of us have been traumatized. I just tend to look at things realistically.
Where did Arsenal fans expect him to go? No one wanted him apart from Chelsea.
I think that's nonsense personally. I think his preference was London. Chelsea with their competitive team, manager, money and Champions League made it an easy choice for him. People are ignorant if they think otherwise.
The fans didn't pass up on that opportunity and it'd be the fans who criticise him.TBH if Arsenal passed an opportunity to take him back, how can they hate or criticize Cesc?
I personally think that he would have chosen either Arsenal or United over Chelsea if he had offers from all three.I think that's nonsense personally. I think his preference was London. Yeah but the point is that the fans should look solely at Wenger and the club rather than blaming Cesc. The fans didn't pass up on that opportunity and it'd be the fans who criticise him.
Who were the other teams then? Us?
Chelsea or United. Either way they would feel the same.
