Wow missing out on Kroos for €20m?! Moyes got slated for not buying Thiago, how we can rejected a midfielder of Kroos calibre for €20m is unreal. People who are saying he's not mobile enough, neither are the whole of our other midfielders and neither is Strootman if van Gaal is holding out for him, Scholes wasn't mobile and neither is Pirlo. It's about how clever they are as a footballer and what they do with the football at their feet and Kroos is world class. If we did sign him for that much and the move didn't work out, we'd still make a profit on him next summer if we wanted to sell him. Crazy stuff.
