Read Jackson's article on the Guardian (posted earlier). We are trying to sort out the 3rd party liabilities before announcing him.
Just seen the Rojo confirmation now. That's alright then. We just seem to be getting a bit hard done by with this transfer, but what's new. We need a defender.
It´s just saying that 9 million from the Rojo transfer will be used to build our Pavillion for our other Sports departments (Roller Hockey, Handball, Basketball, Futsal etc etc)
If we were to sign Depay does that mean we get to sing:

Yeah I think everyone knows how much we need players, Deals are going to be a one way street and not in our direction.

Unsure how the fee is broken down, but Sporting statement there revealing the money will go towards new pavilion.

I highly doubt he's on 120k.
Paying a player £120k a week to play for another team rather than keep him as a squad player where he could actually be useful, crazy.
