There have been strong credible links with us for him like Nedved claiming they will have to consider huge offers for Vidal and Pogba, Jorge Sampaoli claiming the only thing preventing United from bidding was the condition of his knee and Vidal himself refusing to commit his future to Juventus and claiming he would be happy to stay at Juventus if the United option fell through.
I guess we are unconvinced over the state of his knee and do not want to take a risk on a 50 mil player. If that's the case then fair enough, if we are penny pinching and refusing to pay the required 40 mil then too bad I guess. Could have been a fine player for us.
