Would be great to see England losing to Irish in this match, have to say the effort shown by Ireland was excellent today. Their bowling was great and their fielding based on today's match is easily better than that of India and Pakistan

Ireland will be rolled over in the 3 matches they play in the next round. I don't think it'll change much for Irish cricket, doubt people care there. And England don't deserve to go out like this, 2 rain affected matches.

They should have a separate Duckworth-Lewis system for T20, because the 50 over one doesn't work here.

DL already in play. The number of overs will be shortened as we progressively lose time and the target revised. The longer the match is delayed, the more fecked England's chances are because shorter targets in lesser overs are easier to get.

If it gets completely rained out(i.e, they can't get the minimum 5 overs in), England are through.

Good news, covers off, I was wrong.. not enough time lost, so no overs lost.
Hope the rain stays away. Will be a good match whatever the result.

Game still on. Rubbish bowling by Jadeja. Even Yusuf was shit, was lucky to get away with all those short balls. It's a short boundary but really, if you bowl like that you're asking to get hit.

Yeah great death bowling by our pacers, Zaheer and Nehra were brilliant in the end though. Harbhajan was excellent again, an economy of 3.75 in T20 is absolutely fantastic

Think Australia fell short by 15-20 runs considering how their openers played, we have got a big chance since our batting is extremely strong, hoping Yuvi plays a blinder of an innings

BTW Jadeja got hit for 6 consecutive sixes and dropped a catch in the start, what a rubbish match by him so far
 
He's a good limited overs bowler normally.. but today was just shit. I was smacking my forehead everytime he bowled short. How hard is it to pitch it up?

Yup he is generally quite good, before this match his economy was 6.19 in T20 Matches(International) which is excellent.
