"Red Indian Chief Torn Rubber commented that he wasn't as defensively sound as Michael Carrick, therefore he wasn't worth the money quoted. Patricio Julián Rodríguez (born 4 May 1990 in Quilmes) or "Pazza" as Rio Ferdinand aptly named him, is an Argentine football midfielder. He currently plays for Manchester United F.C.

Career

Rodríguez began his playing career in 2008 aged 17 in a 1-0 away defeat to Lanus on 10 February 2008. He scored his first two goals for the club in a 2-4 away win against Atlético Tucumán on 30 August 2009. He scored his first international goal on January 25, 2010 for the Copa Libertadores 2011 on a 2-0 win against Deportivo Quito.

In June 2011 he signed a 5 year contract with manchester united. Devilish, The Chief Muppet of Redcafe.net has already bemoaned the Club's tendency to sign "value" players.

However he later went on to surpass even Messi to become the star man in Argentina's 2014 world cup winning squad, later being named world player of the year after following up with a 70 goal season for Manchester United.

"However "Pazza" has quickly earned a reputation on YouTube montages, these videos generally consist of 6 goals scored from an impressive range, but with a user edited filter over it and You're the Best by Joe Esposito playing in the background. Comments from users such as GerrardLFC-UNITED2009 have been overwhelmingly positive. From these videos, the obvious comparisons to Cristiano Ronaldo have been drawn. But his Football Manager 2011 stats show his potential ability to be in the region of "120/200" and this in turn has had a drastic effect on his muppet rating. Placing him below Mame Biram Diouf in the RedCafe ***list, respectively.

I'm proud of that.

Looks like the partys over. :[

United scout(s) at Belgium-Turkey yesterday (via @BelgoFoot) #mufc

No idea who United were watching - likely Defour/Witsel/Hazard of the Belgians (Verthongen a long shot)? Romelu Lukaku didn't feature.

Probably doesn't mean a lot, judging by the amount of scouts at the game -

"Scouts at Belgium-Turkey: #afc, #sfc, #thfc, #brfc, #bwfc, #mufc, #efc, #lfc, #wafc, #mcfc, #wbafc, Hamburg, Bayern, Lille, Twente, Ajax tbc"

"Scouts at Belgium-Turkey: AC Milan, Juventus, Werder Bremen, Wolfsburg, Rennes, Saint-Etienne, Roda, Zenit, Spartak, Luxemourg Federation."

15.04: Darren Lewis, he of The Daily Mirror and permanently bunged-up nose, reckons Arsenal have signed a mystery striker, but he isn't telling us who yet. The tease.

F365.

Not sure if it came to light via Twatter or not.

They are selling Eboue and resigning him as a striker

They're replacing Bendtner with his sister.

@LFCTransferSpec: Liverpool would be willing to pay 20 million euros for Bojan and 10 million for Jeffren according to @marca

Typical Liverpool, United set out to beat the best by bringing in players to compete against them... Liverpool try & poach there 'B' team players & hope for the best!

Like Bojan would have any desire to leave Barca for them!

Latest odds on new Arsenal 'mystery striker':

2/1 Klose
3/1 Bojan
4/1 Eboue
5/1 Bendtner's sister
7/1 Charlie Nicholas
8/1 Brad
