I'm not sure about theinsider9. Intheknow99 is almost certainly full of shit, but theinsider9 is certainly much more crafty. Either he is just very quick to hear breaking news and has a few journo contacts or he does actually have some contacts at clubs. He certainly hasn't just made things up like intheknow99 and he regularly tells people if hes not aware of what they are asking.
I reckon the telling thing there will be De Gea and Young, he has always been 100% that De Gea was our main target and has maintained the deal is done since there has been some doubt. While the De Gea deal does seem to be definitely done he is also 100% convinced about Ashley Young. If both those go through I'll wait a while longer to decide on him, if they don't he'll be shown up. At worst he's a quick way of receiving all the current transfer rumours.
On a side note I believe another ITK was forced off Twitter today. I think it was theinsider9 who tweeted about it earlier. Marcos Silva was the account I think, said Gervinho to Arsenal would be announced by today and apparently angry Arsenal fans abused him off Twitter.

I mentioned it in another thread, but I've read quite a few reports coming from Argentina that we are in negotiations with Independiente and his father. The rumours regarding Pato Rodriguez originally came from two Argentinians (journalists?) and ever since there have been numerous Argentinians reporting the same news. Talk of an 8m euros deal.
I for one have absolutely no idea whether these reports are valid or not, I don't have a twitter account or anything but have taken an interest in this rumour after having read some very promising reports about him.
Ah I see, so it's mostly emanating out of Argentina? as I've not even seen sites like Caughtoffside or tribalfootball carry the story. I'd be quite excited if we bought him, Fergie taking an exciting young South American under his wing could yield great results.
He seems like a talented player, though talented young Argentinians sometimes go under the radar when they're not playing for Boca or River. From what I gather, Pato Rodriguz was out injured with a sprained right knee (according to dodgy translations) from Independiente's last game against Lanus. Even as a 21 year old, he's become a very important player for them and is their no.10.
Best to just wait and see with this rumour because there haven't been any real reports from reliable sources as yet from what I know - that's mostly why, though I've tried to follow reports, I haven't posted any of the rumours.
