Ofcourse we can tempt Ronaldo back. Not everyone signs purely for money. Why would Ronaldo be obsessed purely by money? He's made enough for God knows how many lifetimes. He's at Madrid and probably wants to leave because it's like looking in a mirror. He's surrounded by ego and it's no fun.
I am not talking about proper tweets per say - I think the tweets posted in the last week or so have been fine, enough for me to keep entering the thread at least. The last few pages however have been rubbish.

I can't watch the clip right now but according to the comments on that article he said nothing of the sort.
I've watched it and he never said it in the way that they've tweeted. He said something like he hasnt heard anything but its nice to be linked with Manchester United and then they asked him how would it feel to be playing with RVP and he said that's always nice. Re Chelsea he just said he's read the rumours.
Nothing unusual here just the normal player saying they're flattered to be linked with club x
He didn't - he was prompted by the reporter saying something like "It would be nice to play alongside Robin van Persie, wouldn't it?" and Van Ginkel diplomatically replied "It's always nice (to play alongside RVP)".
Did he say "open bracket" "close bracket" before & after the 'to play alongside RVP' or did he just mime brackets with his hands?
