Funny how the Mirror article stated that 'PSG head the queue of interested clubs' yet the fuss has mostly been about Chelsea & even Newcastle recently...
PSG would make sense. He actually wouldn't need to speak much French, short flight back to the UK (even direct to Liverpool), they have loads of money to spend ... If he goes I think it's the most likely destination.

Don't see him going to Paris. Don't know how happy he'd be commuting from London, assuming his young family would want to remain in England.
"So I ball so hard, motherfeckers wanna sign me, like"
Rooneys in Paris. Ball so hard, french feckers wanna buy him.
EDIT:
Aw shit. Two minutes too late.
That shit Klay.

No way PSG would pass us on Verratti. No chance.
Would be happy to let him go to a foreign club for 25£+ mill. We need the cash to find a replacement! Hopefully bringing Ronaldo back home, although that might seem a little unlikely.. Levandowski would be a great signing too! We already have Kagawa as the playmaker, we just need out-and-out strikers, we are pretty reliable on RVP if Rooney leaves..
Straight swap? no.How about we take Lucas Moura for Rooney?
Straight swap? no.
That guy seems to call a transfer every day
Chicharito?
Unless he doesn't want to rob from his old club, which is possible.
We made a big bid for him last year, something like 30m. Will Rooney go for much more than 30m? I doubt it.
