Yea, Chelsea weren't even in the picture until they won the CL. He said himself it'd be a straight choice between the Manchester clubs and everyone knew City would offer better wages. I'd assume he was dead on at the time. Things change though.

His agent said he called Chelsea that night and told them he could get Hazard to go there if they agreed his terms. Apparently neither City nor United were giving him quite what he wanted, but I'd imagine City were offering him more.
The french media was reporting his agent being in london the day of the final, before they had won it.

How can anyone have more passes than Xavi? Juve couldn't possibly have more possession than Barca had in their league season.
Pirlo played 37 league games to Xavi's 31, so per game, or per hour, Xavi would have had well more passes.
