Trump/Russia/SDNY investigation

Think the Judge wants to dish out a much more stronger sentence than Muellers recommendation.

Agreed. I think Mueller’s team want to delay that sentencing so it doesn’t impact the chances of future plea deals.

Probably a good thing. Will definitely have shocked Flynn who was expecting no jail and then eventually to be pardoned by Trump. Now that he realises he’s looking at jail time he might be persuaded to give Mueller the rest of the information that he has withheld up to now.

19 interviews, how much more info goes he have left to give? Trump's favourite taco shell brand?

The bits that he didn’t mention of course. No need to mention them if no-one asks. Trump is still praising Flynn (yet criticising Cohen) which I find most odd.
Means it’s all still to play for. Cat and mouse game.

He'll become 'Flakey Flipping Failing Flynn' if Trump suspects he's spilled the beans.

The are owned by Robert Mercer an american. And its a british company. The files say its owned by a country and it operates in the usa
Yeah just reading through it all now. Even more so than that, it appears to be a foreign company, linked to a foriegn government with offices in the US.

Anyone’s guess is good here, I’m fairly confident the right answer is in the replies to that tweet.

Cambridge Analytica.
Alfa Bank or Spectrum Health?

I reckon Pexbo has it right. They have been too involved and have already been exposed to a certain extent. They are definity dodgy as feck and it wouldn't surprise me if it was them.

Mueller appears to be leaving no stones unturned and it's clear he has help from various other agencies and lawmakers too. All my ranting and megaposts about how can the USA let Trump get away with it all? Well, they all seem a bit reactionary now. I always had faith things would be carried out the right way and I know the wheels of justice turn slowly. I also know that the scandals exposed here without doubt will be the biggest the USA (and maybe the world) has ever seen. I just has massive fears and reservations that somehow it wouldn't all work out and It would just be business as normal, but it's looking like Mueller and co were just being exceptionally patient and ensuring they got irrefutable evidence and they handle this situation with the diligence and delicacy required.

Upheld the denial of a motion to quash the subpoena.

Is that a double negative? What does that mean?

Denied the motion to quash the subpoena.

The motion to quash the subpoena was subject to a denial which the judge has upheld.

The denial was upheld, therefore the subpoena was not quashed.

The upholding of the denial of a motion which stated the subpoena must be quashed.

Nope I’m lost.

they arent state owned. Thats the big give away

Ahh ok, I'm trying to read and post at work, must have missed a few bits skimming through.

So much in my news feed today. Trump foundation, Mourinho, Ole!, Flynn court appearance and judges comments and now this too.

This is pretty much what my brain was doing. I hate law text and terms. It still hurts.

Opposing party tried to kill the subpoena, judge denied it.
Thank you.
