Oh man......CNN reporting the government obtained covert search warrants on Cohen's email accounts. This could be game over if that is allowed into evidence.

Holy shit, they must have had some serious evidence already to earn that search warrant. No word what the crimes are yet?

Indeed - and Mueller has apparently been funneling things to Schneiderman in case Trump uses the nuclear option.
 
At this rate the GOP are absolutely screwed for the midterms. Sanction Trump and they’re going to lose 10 points across the board, don’t sanction him the moderates won’t have the motivation to turn out while swing voters go blue.

I wonder how many of these SDNY prosecutors and investigators are eager to nail Trump for firing their old boss Preet.

- Rosenstein on the ropes with a possibility of getting sacked this weekend
- Syria campaign imminent
- Cohen is officially under investigation by the feds
- Trump and Cohen's communications re: Stormy Daniels ruled not priveleged
- Trump's new lawyers get a delay until Monday for another judge to hear whether material the feds obtained by raiding Cohen's home is admissible.

Big difference is Nixon was at 20 percent approval. Trump probably will never reach there as his Base thinks this is all a Fecking witch hunt against him even if the evidence is right there in front of them

But in today's climate Nixon would be hovering around the 40% range. I'm so disgusted by the divide these days, driven by hate talk radio and far right (and even some left) elements.

yes for got that one. Probably missing something else as well.
 
One thing is for sure - the Russians are just have a good ol time watching all this unfold. I guess if you re gonna sabotage American elections just do it in favor of someone who has so many skeletons in their closet directly or indirectly that what they did in many ways becomes secondary to the Russian narrative.
