Transfer Tweets - Summer 2017 | Keep it on topic

Donald Trump has just twattered his backing for levy and has declared fire and fury to reign down on danny rose.

Its officially started for Spurs. If you dont pay top wages, players will look elsewhere.

The building of the new stadium is already coming in at double the inital estimate, a staggering 800M currently not the 400M quoted

Happy at Danny Rose. Something had to be said Rose is right. Levy needs to be pushed into action.

Yup, some are not happy with Rose, some are hoping it will change things. Levy, to be exzact. Good luck with that.

Btw, did you hear what they were saying about Portugese Pulis? I was rolling with my eyes, quitly screaming wtf?? (it is past 1 am here) Something about 2 years? Think I heard that number.

Yea they are claiming Jose is hunting for more time.

When he said united are 2 years off Real's standard

Meh, don't believe the story at all.
Glaston keeps telling me the Tottenham family care about playing with each other and it's not all about the money.

I support Levy for once. Thinks it's fair to build a club around the ideals of football rather than the prestige and fame the commercial part gives ya.
If you want a huge salary then move elsewhere. It's a rather romantic football philosophy, that won't attract much, but it puts less emphasis on everything But football.

But he literally says he wants to win things as well.
Your football ideals seems to be sacrificing success and parity with lesser fullbacks just so Spurs can save some money

It's not about football. The owners/Levy still make a shit ton of money that could instead go to the players. Hell, they're literally building a brand new stadium. It's not what you think it is. Fact is Tottenham has built a very good squad due to Levy's ability to keep players and bring in good ones. Eventually these players will want more money as the club grows (as it has, and they deserve it). They can either try to replace the players or pay them what they're worth.

Telling Di Marzo the agreement is with United.

Harry Kane has earned the right to make more based on his performances. It's out there for all to see, the wages, his talent, his goal return, etc. compared to Lukaku, Aguero, Sanchez, Costa, Hazard, etc. He's not getting adequate ROP (return on performance) on wages or team trophies. Same could be said for Eriksen and Alli....but let's see what happens again this year with City, United and Arsenal upgrading their squads.

Levy's a hardass business man and has overlooked one of the more exciting periods of Spurs football, fair play, well done...but I can't say they've been successful because Spurs have won sweet feck all the past 2, 3 years with their talented squad.

And it's painfully obvious Spurs need to splash the cash on retaining their players and finding THE player(s) to get them to the top. Difference between 1st and 2nd or 3rd in this league is so fine. Are Spurs willing to go the distance? Are Spurs contenders or winners?

If we are going to be playing 3-5-2 then a pair of full backs is more important than a winger. Rose is the more important signing but if we could get Aurier that would be a bonus

Why does anyone care what that account says? Clear wums if you ask me

they have supposedly been right about all/most psg moves, so it may not be so "clear" wums. even di marzio says its possibly real, and with competition from chelsea

To be honest that Aurier story seems to be a bundle of lies.

Have you not realised there was no hearing on the 7th as parisunited claimed. Its BS!

And Di Marzo says... possibly real with competition from chelsea.

basically the same rumour we all heard and still no conformation
Di Marzio is responding to a tweet from a Inter fan wanting to know if Inter are in for Aurier. To which Di Mazio responds by saying, "Inter and Chelsea are competing for him".

ParisUnited respond to Di Marzio saying "Aurier has a agreement with United".

And ParisUnited are a bunch of trolls. There was no court case on the 7th like they said.

They are saying we have agreed terms. Is anybody else saying it without quoting them? Seems to be more linking them to the plastics and not us

Mate, theyre Tottenham. World Class bottlers. Stop thinking theyre more then that. Always have been and always will be.

Is he any good?

I'am a club brugge fan, Izzy is our best player, he is very good imo. He won the golden boot in the belgium competition 2 seasons ago as he was the player that made Brugge champions, was the best player in the competition by a countrymile then.

He is very fast, very agile, good dribbler and can score goals. Only thing he needs to work on is his decisionmaking.

For some reason he has been ignored for quite awhile in the colombian national team but that has changed since this summer as he got his first call up (also scored a screamer on his debut).
