True but it seems like as soon as it looked like it was going to happen, it did. Whereas with us there was a lot of teasing about how he was definitely going to be a United player (especially after that honeymoon bollocks) then nothing actually happened. Seems like it's like that with most of our signings.

Well as long as you ignore the rumors that started as soon as we signed Lukaku. Of course, when rumors begin are not necessarily when negotiations began. It seems we were in for Lukaku right from the start despite all the rumors being focused on Morata.
Everyone involved with United will certainly be looking for a very significant improvement in that respect this coming season.

It is, but so is Lukaku's. I would be wanting a better quality player for the money we have paid. If we get Griezmann it will be for around the same money and he is better.

What makes me so 'meh' about this is that Morata will have to adapt to the EPL - it's said time and time again, but he will be targeted by defenders and in a foreign league, it'll take a bit of getting used to.
