Why do a loan? Sell him for £30m and slap a buyback clause in there. Then if he finally learns to overcome his personal issues, we can buy him back.
So, you want to sell for 30mil young player who was payed 50mil. And then if he plays well buy him again for lets say 50 mil?
Great deal.

It's clear Chelsea initially leaked the news about us 'hijacking' the deal to save face and make their executives look less incompetent, but then leaked this news as they realised we were actually about to sign him and save face again and make up some injury concerns. Pathetic.

Bayern Munich CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge spoke Douglas Costa, Renato Sanches and Serge Gnabry during his press conference on Monday, via Kicker. The trio could be leaving the Bundesliga club in the near future.

Rummenigge on Douglas Costa to Juventus: “We are in talks with Juventus, but we do not yet have a deal today. I would call the talks positive and serious, but I cannot report it today. We are having the talks at his request.”

Rummenigge on Renato Sanches: “It’s incredibly important for him to play with a certain continuity. When we have concluded our purchases, we will decide whether to leave him here or loan him out for a year. He urgently needs playing time after the last six months.”

Rummenigge on Serge Gnabry: “It is well known that Serge would like to be loaned a year in principle, which he personally told us, as well as his consultants. We will calmly evaluate the situation.”

Schalke have completed the signing of Amine Harit from FC Nantes after lengthy negotiations. The 20-year-old has signed a four-year deal with the Bundesliga club.

Reported by Kicker, Nantes will receive €8 million for Harit, whilst they will receive a further €2m in bonuses.

“Amine is a technically experienced player. He often looks for offensive solutions and can make the difference in games. We are glad to be able to oblige him,” Domenico Tedesco told the club’s website.

“This change is a big step in my career. I am convinced that at such a club I can develop into the player I want to be,” added Harit.

Very good signing for Schalke.

If Chelsea don't get Morata they are fecked. Would have to go for fecking Andre Gray or someone.

Anyone think this will get accepted?

Unless Morata kicks up a big fuss, I doubt it. Perez isn't the kind to back down after rejection, Chelsea are in just as dire need of a Striker as we were given how badly they've handled the Costa situation and there are even less possible alternatives on the market now.

I doubted, Perez knows that Chelsea are even more desperate than we were 1 week ago. He'd probably demand 100m now.

That would be great. I have these theories circling in my mind about Perez literally hating us , that he would accept the 70m Chelsea offer just to piss us off. Hope it's just my craziness talking

Not sure, Perez just doesn't like United with De Gea and all. He could probably negotiate better with Chelsea. I'd be a bit disgusted to see Morata going to Chelsea, hopefully, it doesn't happen.

Personally I doubt there's that much personal feeling in these transfer negotiations, Perez knows that Real and United are within those very few clubs who shop at the top of the market and probably realizes he needs to deal with Ed in one way or another sooner rather than later.

Also, I somehow doubt Perez will want to lose 10m or so just to upset (if it even does) Ed a little.

This could happen if we have left him in a bad state. But i'm sure his new wife would take care of his mood swings.

You talk sense, it's just that sometimes, egos are hard to explain...

Can we all just stop for a second and remember this guy was capped for England once...

Fecking England.

Joe Hart will probably get 100 caps in goal for England so what is your point?
