So why are PSG watching him leave? Does it say?
PSG are not watching him leave. He was with them till last year and started negotiating with us, seeing this PSG let him go and he was without a club as he couldnt move before 16, so he joined his home town club to train there as a free agent and now joins us. We had scouted him young and got him here.

Top priority is Morata. What we spend on him will dictate if we are willing to spend on Perisic.
This also explains the Greizmann issue. We were never willing to spend 100m on his release clause. We were hoping to strike a deal with AM to pay less or over a long period of time. Once the ban was upheld we said no, greizmann got to lool like a saint and got a nice pay rise....whilst not increasing his release clause.
My prediction will be 65m on morata, 40m on Perisic, 30m (think it was that?) on lindelof, and 25m on matic. 160m max, probably 100 after sales (of which de gea will be one)
