Not necessarily. Depends what that player wants. If Liverpool can offer the player more games, then they probably would prefer to go, unless they're all about money. To add to that, Liverpool, along with the other two, can offer them CL football and a chance to play in arguably the best league in the world.

If that's the class of player Klopp wants to work with, he's going to have to eventually grow the balls to move to a big club and take on the high expectations that comes with managing such clubs. Keeping his head down in extreme comfort at a no-pressure club like Liverpool isn't going to give him any chance of working with such players.
