Transfer Tweets - Summer 2017 | Keep it on topic

Poor De Gea now that Madrid doesn't want him. Now he has to stick his ass in Manchester
Just imagined one of those tweets where some random bloke will tweet Phil Neville - "my wife left me Phil."

Nothing to do with United not bowing to the presence of Real or perhaps Dave telling them no. Think if the transfer doesn't happen, it's one of those but Real will just want to save face. They can't have people thinking a club wont bend over for them or a player would snub them.
Think we've told them no and Dave isn't too fussed with anything.

Navas is no Renault Clio, more like a Mercedes S class AMG, while DDG is a Pagani Huayra with the optional ceramic brake pack and carbon fibre cupholders.
I think we've pushed the car analogy beyond its breaking point now.

Finally they have a proper manager in charge, not a puppet. Good for Zidane to stand up to the powers that be.

(I'll give him 'til Xmas)

Easier to do when the fan base loves you too. Who knows, maybe this will be a turning point for Madrid and giving their managers something that resembles power

Oh, didn't know that. It seems a bit silly then to sign him since they already have Sane at LWF.
He's not a winger

Btw, pep will line up sane, sterling, the silvas, de bruyne, alexis and GJ together. Just watch it, it's gonna happen

MARCA Exclusive: Real will not sign De Gea this summer.

If they truly don't want to sign DDG this summer (still a long way to go yet), I can see it being the last time he's linked to them. I reckon Donnarumma will be their long term target after next season.

Think he was spot with City's transfers last summer.

And yesterday he was with Pep:

Makes zero difference. Romero is a bs'er. Yes he called Sane, Stones moves correctly.... right after SPORT reported them (among others, and even they weren't first)...... so this talk of him breaking those pieces of news is just utter wrong

Wenger less than a week or so ago says he is going nowhere, and now he is joining City in a few days? Of course. The sad part is the idiots on bluemoon believe it so much they start coming up with these nonsense theories and the pretend ITK's come out claiming they had heard whispers etc. Sad as feck

If Romero has this right fair enough, but i wouldn't stick any money on him

I'm guessing Jose's not going to buy a left back, but if he was, Bertrand, in my opinion, would be a great addition. Nothing special, but does the job and is really reliable. Has a wicked left foot on him too.

No, I don't think we will now personally.

Think we've got a busy enough summer as it is. Be nice if this De Gea news is true so Keeper is another position we won't have to worry about.

Centre Half, Centre Mid, Winger and Centre Forward all remain a must for me.

Someone ask Romero how he got on with his prediction, sorry story, that Pogba was staying at Juve one more year?

Or that Sanchez was leaving Arsenal last year?

Funny how bluemooner's who'd never heard of these journos now claim them to be super reliable because their reports are positive for city

Well hopefully you are completely right.

throw enough shit some will stick. I fail to see how news that big is known by only one reporter. Nope, not having it

None of the manc journos reporting it, none of the Arsenal reporters. No major outlets.....

And this stuff that Pep wouldn't let him tweet it if untrue, or he wouldn't tweet it without solid info, is hilarious

Veron was a huge shame.

And he really wasn't as bad as is often made out. In the 02/03 season he started to look pretty good and made a really good contribution in that title winning side... Then we sold him to Chelsea.

He'd probably suit our current side really well if he was around in this era.

Less complicated, but possibly more expensive?

Yep, we're over a barrel this summer in terms of strikers no matter which one we sign.

Not many available and everyone knows we need one - not a good combo in terms of keeping the price down. We'll end up having to bite the bullet.

I don't get that. Surely it'll make it more complicated AND more expensive as Madrid are now probably quite effed off with us for wanting too much for DDG.

Unless they're desperate for cash to fund Mbappe. But James could command that from PSG.

A transfer where the buying party signs the player from selling party is far more straightforward than a player exchange plus cash. Simon Stone is correct.

Yeah, I can see them putting the feelers out to Raiola and signing Donnarumma on a free.

If Morata costs a lot then that's what it will take. If the lad bangs in the goals for us and gets USB challenging for league titles, no real Utd fan will give a hoot about his fee.

USB.

how often do you write that for it to default to it on your phone?!
