There are some interesting rumors going around regarding why we won't bid above 30 million for Perišić.
First one is because obviously that's the fair price for him.
2nd one is because Inter needs to sell someone in order to iron out their finance, they're 30€ million in the red due to their spending last year and they need to sell in order to avoid FFP sanctions.
