I'd argue we are. Rojo was quality for half a season, but so was Smalling so I'm not keen on just assuming hel continue at that level (I'd love it if he can). Rojo is also out for a long while with a knee injury, so I'd rather have another high quality CB.
There's nothing to suggest we are even remotely interested for Van Dijk.

Shaw is a big risk at this stage. I also think Martial is better than Costa.
Douglas Costa, Renato Sanches, Fabinho and Morata wouldn't be the worst transfer window for us IMO. Another plus is that they wouldn't cost us fortune either.
