Mangala is an absolute beast but aside from 2 or three games, he doesn't look like he's going to sure up City's defence for 10 years & he's actually more proven than Zouma.
Given LVG's focus on squad depth, if Stones becomes available I'd hope that we'd be in for him. He might be overpriced, but he's promising and could turn out to be a very good investment.
