To be fair, we have bought in excellent players. We have our RB position sorted - something we haven;t had since Neville retired. We have bolstered our midfield considerably, and get to see the development of Depay.

Media is reporting stories about LVG's dinner and a talk with friends or Woody's talking with associates and that is regarded as club talking about transfers and big names. I wouldn't surprised if all of that is invented but nevertheless it's again club this club that and club talking and leaking stories.
We'll forget the Pedro thing because we'll have failed attempts at Bale, Muller and Neymar to occupy our thoughts. We need to stop this obsession with the big names, surely its less risky to find a player like Darmian.

I was very enthusiastic at the beginning of the window but i still felt we lacked ST and CB.
But the circus with Pedro and now Neymar gossips reflect very badly on the club.
