Not sure De Bruyne is what we need exactly but you can't say our squad wouldn't improve with him in it. We really need pace out wide and obviously a striker as well.

He'd play behind Rooney if we get him.

Looks like Wolfsburg planting United rumors to drive up City's bid.

What it looks like to me too. Similar to what happened this summer with Benteke and Firmino. Nothing would scare Liverpool/City more than United hijacking one of their deals.

So by their logic, we missed out on Pedro so decide to publicly humiliate ourselves by going after someone who we can never get?

Yeah, that makes sense.

Of course we're not. We aren't in for anyone, LvG must be happy with the squad and that said squad just isn't good enough to get back to where we belong.
We're couple of injuries away from a crisis....again

Things like this make me cringe. "Belong". You sound like a Newcastle fan mate.

Man i hope we sign de bruyne.

I don't blame him, I always blame those who tweet rubbish accounts here.
Tweet might be rubbish, but he does tweet reliable info. You're shooting the messenger here.

Cadena SER said exactly what he tweeted.

Not really. Posters should be a bit more responsible before posting attention seeking rubbish. It would go a long way to keeping this place more tolerable.

See my edit and the tweet I posted. Cadena SER said exactly what he relayed.

I wasn't referring to one tweet, more of a general principle about what to retweet. Its never the original tweeters fault for posting rubbish here, its always the person who retweets it. Best to use a bit of common sense before reposting content.

Yet you implied his account is rubbish when he is followed by Ladyman, Balague, Di Marzio's translator, Dawson, etc.

Cadena SER are a reliable source. This story of theirs might be shit, but it just highlights how bad the Neymar rumours are.

Cannot see LVG going for De Bruyne. From many reports, the Balgian is quite lazy at training, which is a no-go for a manager like LVG.

This threads a bit of a catch 22. You want tweets to keep thread going, but 99% of tweets are most probably false. If we stopped posting tweets such as the one I did from Sergi, then we may as well only post confirmed transfers - in which case, the thread may as well not exist.

I think you have to take the good with the bad. He seems to only post information relayed from reliable sources. In this case he was quite bitter, however, the information posted is far more important than the manner in which it was relayed.

There was nothing personal from him though. The source he quoted claimed exactly what he tweeted.

I see how it works, we brief the media that we're not in for a player that is clearly available, but don't brief the media that we are not in for Neymar because he is clearly not available, clever thinking United... but I'm on to you.

No we dont, post tweets only from the reputable sources.
