Doesn't anwer the question. Every clown on this earth has finally got, that it's a gentleman's agreement. As it should be natural for Barcelona to keep their word, why is Pedro not yet here?

Barca originally wanted the payment in prostitutes, but United already sold theirs to PSG. So now trying to work out the financial terms.

Just heard on Sky sports that Barca are looking for the €30m in a one off payment. Usually I'd say that's a bad idea, but given the current exchange rate and the type of player we will be getting I'd take the deal.

Absolute class from Rafael. He wasn't liked but not holding a grudge about it.

Really sad that we let go a player who was good enough to play for us, who absolutely loved the club and would fight for it in the pitch :(
He comes across perfectly classy and humble in the interview, will always be fond of the little bugger and will by him back in every fifa!!!!

Otamendi and Pedro done dealio's on the weekend? Would really be something.

Can you imagine Otamendi bossing CAM behind Rooney and Pedro fighting toe to toe with Shaw for the LB spot? :drool:

I am spoiled... Can we have Goetze too?

Think we would all rather he stayed as our back up RB than Valencia.

Luckhurst has been pretty good all summer, hasn't he?
Fairly,

he debunked both firmino and benteke reports, some people took the firmino stuff quite seriously.

However UTD have reasons to not want the media knowing we're after this guy with the de gea/ramos scenario and all.

And how do you know he would be happy with that?

Hate Valencia all you like, but we know he won't mind sitting on the bench.

Not hating on Valencia nor commenting on Rafael's attitude (though from what he has said, it doesn't sound like he wanted to leave), just saying that Rafael is, talent-wise, clearly the better RB. Didn't think that was disputed too much.

I don't see any reason why he wouldn't accept the challenge of battling for the right back spot. He clearly didn't want to leave.

It definitely isn't his talent in question, it's his ability to stay fit that means he's not a great candidate for being a dependable squad player.

Yet we denied any interest in Herrera before we signed him as well.
To be fair luckhurst's tone in that tweet wasn't completely dismissive. If anything he's saying that united were linked with Otamendi before and shortly after he was briefed that we weren't interested and hasn't heard anything new since.

We all love the little fella, but it's not just his fitness i had trouble with - it was his hot-headedness & being irrational too. I hope he has a brilliant career though & stays fit.

In case anyone didnt know - he's die-hard United too. The number 20 for his new shirt: "I chose the number 20 because we have won 20 titles." :devil:

if we don't do it someone will.

21.5 mil for pedro is a steal.

To be fair, that is the one question mark over him. Though Lyon clearly thought that he is fit enough to be a starting player for them. If he was a perma-crock he would not have been bought.

Disagree with the whole hothead, irrational argument that @Red Hand Devil made. Think it was shown somewhere that he had fewer fouls and yellow cards in Fergie's last season than Zabaleta who was heralded as the best RB in the league. A young Rafael was a bit erratic but he was completely dependable when fit.

Yeh he really is a player I wish all the best for the rest of his career. I didn't mind his passion, Bayern Munich match aside I can't recall too many instances it had an adverse effect on the team, that penalty against Leicester was a joke from the ref.

:lol::lol::lol:

I'm on the floor until further notice :lol:

This is a "ripping the complete dick out of LMFAO smilies" moment:

:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

Rafa's jamboree BBQ is more important than Ramos signing a new deal?

What the holy f*ck is going on at that circus of a club - you couldnt make it up.. :lol::wenger::lol::wenger::lol:

Rafa's trying to fatten all the players up so he doesnt look so out of shape - the fat bastard..

It would be boring if we all agreed with each other..
