hmmm well Wolfsburg won't want to sell to a rival and bayern won't pay 46m or offer the wages city will.
However all it would take is pep to make phone call to kdb and personally pitch the opportunity to him which would make him very interested in a bayern move imo, I could see wolfsburg asking him to pick city though.
