Great news, we finally have a great midfield after all these years of suffering and no midfield signings. Now we have signed 2 great players during one weekend.

Now we need to sign a striker and a CB.
 
Credit where its due! Woody did brilliantly to keep the Schneiderlin deal under wraps!

Shows how little inside info the british press get from the club now! Can't trust anything they say, even the MUTV staff knew about this a few days ago..

Great midfield? Fecking epic: Carrick, Schweinsteiger, Herrera, Schneiderlin! Not even counting our number 10s. :lol:

Sports Witness posted about an article on friday stating that Van Gaal wanted 3 signings done before the end of the weekend. I laughed at the time at how ridiculous it sounded. Woodward is a Transfer God.

And they are 3 very good signings that combined only cost a couple of million more than city are paying for sterling.

Anybody gets the feeling that Woody is genuinely enjoying messing with the British journos? It really comes across like he wanna stick it to them after the bad press we got in his first season :lol:
 
We've been lethal this transfer window, targeted the areas we really needed to fix and accomplished most of our goals. We're in the 2nd week of July and we've strengthened 2 of our weakness. Now we have the rest of the window to buy a CB and a GK as priority and a striker if someone good becomes available.
