So many MEN journos being posted in here and yet not one of them seems to say anything useful at all. Robson, Dawson, Luckhurst...are we sure they're not the same person?

I have the impression they don't have a clue. If we sign Schneiderlin or/and Otamendi before going to the US, this place will explode.

Get Schneiderlin done in the next week and stop the silly Ramos pursuit that's probably going to end up with nothing and sign Otamendi instead. Then top it off with Lacazette and the world will go crazeh.

The English journalists are useless. Bild and DiMarzio have been far, far more accurate than the crap spouted by all the papers here.

They can only report what they're told. It's clear that we're a closed shop from our end, and the messages we send are conflicting.

 Thing is they both look quite likely to join if you read the quotes. Think we're not signing Otamendi because we want to push Ramos deal a little more but we are probably aware that it's probably not going to come to anything in the end. We'll be left with only a striker needed and if we intend to keep Hernandez then we might not even go for a striker at all since Rooney, Hernandez and Wilson could be enough (I'd still like us to make a move for Lacazette).

I'm not sure we're telling them much. They seem to be going with flow and reporting news reported by foreign journalists, such as those mentioned above.

Probably the only thing we've actually briefed the English media on is the Ramos situation, and the possibility we might sign Bastian earlier on.

He's having a stormer of a week. Just a couple of weeks ago there was plenty on here also saying he knew nothing.

To be fair, a couple of weeks ago he was claiming that United were about to sell Di Maria in order to make space to sign Nicolas Gaitan, again.

I can't see us keeping Hernandez. Think the striker might be the last addition in though.

They've got nothing else. United aren't giving anything away, so they're left with scraps. An Italian journalists got wind of our negotiations with Torino, the Dutch media were our sources for Depay, a German newspaper revealed we are getting Schweinsteiger... Same with Herrera last year, for instance. That's the way it's going to be.

True, if we sign Schneiderlin, that initially broke first from France too.

Yeah, and we should keep it that way.

LvG even mentioned how he didn't want to reveal anything about transfers as our competitors might step in, as they have in the past.
