That's a call for the manager to make. No one here is qualified to know all the intangibles of what players are really like, not just how they perform but their general personalities and whether they are adaptable to LvG's system. That's why I'm happy to accept the professional opinion of whoever LvG and staff decide on.

Not at all. He's a great talent, even at his age, and it would be great theatre to see how a transfer to United would play out, but I think this is a complete non-starter. He's never seemed interested in testing himself in England. At his age, I don't think that will change. He's too egotistical to go somewhere where he may struggle. If and when he leaves PSG, he'll be looking for a final big payday in a very comfortable situation.

Arsene Wenger is like a self harmer. He just can't let himself win. They are genuinely, a top CB and maybe a good striker away from properly competing and he's looking at more mediocre defenders.

He had an injury ravaged career. He is 27. We have to move on. He had chances to cement his position under Lvg but he seems completely uncomfortable. It would be unfair to keep McNair behind him after the season's they both had

Would be a mistake to sell Evans to Arsenal. Yes he's had a bad couple of seasons, but he is a quality CB when he's focused. Think all the upheaval post-Fergie hasn't helped and the fact that so many Utd fans have seemingly turned on him have had his confidence shattered. Still think we would be best advised to hold fire on selling him and allow him a last chance this pre-season.
