That ducker article looks like he has been reading redcafe and wrote it baded on random stuff written here..
I was going to post a similar thing. Just a summary of the recent threads on here. Is that what journalism (and a so-called quality paper at that) has become now?

Mail: Liverpool and Tottenham transfer target Andriy Yarmolenko set to leave Dynamo Kiev.

Napoli are awaiting an answer from Sevilla Coach Unai Emery, offering a three-year, €3.8m deal to move to Italy.

Roma target Jackson Martinez claims he has ‘already received permission from Porto to leave the club’.

Came here to post that the Neil Custis one (De Gea is going) was retweeted by a BBC journalist.

The Ladyman article does at least say the bid is in excess of 25 million.

Custis reports in The Sun that we are going to sign a top class player: "It's Custis, he knows feck all about anything"
Custis reports in The Sun that De Gea has decided to definitely leave us for Real Madrid: "Oh noes it must be true, everyone panic".

The Sun's report says Real Madrid will pay £30m for De Gea and quotes a source as saying "It looks to be done now, he is finally going."

Everton striker Lukaku told Belgium's Sport Voetbal that it's time he played in big games and won things. Lukaku said he's had to advise Roberto Martinez on tactics "The coach is the boss, but when something is going wrong, I'll simply say it." "I said to him: 'With all due respect, when I'm a winger I'm hopeless. I will only score goals if you put me right at the forefront'."
