Things seem to be heating up nicely now.
I like your optimism but all that seems to have happened recently is that we are being linked heavily to a deal that would massively rip us off for a defender who turns 30 next season, and one of our biggest rivals have signed a very good, young Brazilian player who can make a difference to their team.
Please don't read this as me being bitter because I'm actually hopeful that this is going to be a good summer for us, but nothing that has happened regarding transfers in the last few days has been good for United. (Firmino to Liverpool, Ramos for €75million, Nani looks like he's being sold for only about £6-7mill)

Firminho is good but nothing special I think and we'll see if he'll make a difference, Liverpool is our historic rival but probably wont be our rival for position next year, we wont be that crazy to go for Ramos for 75 mil ( that number is including his wages too I think and some tweeter bellends just invented it )
I dont have a problem with Nani being sold too.

You would think Liverpool had signed Neymar, Messi and Iniesta the way some are talking on here... they have signed Ings ,Milner ,Firmino and a backup goalie- they got loads of business done last summer that looked exciting and look how that turned out?

Have patience guys it will be worth it in the end..

Plus they losing their best player in Sterling. They have Ings and Origi, yet Liverpool fans want more strikers? Ballotelli is going nowhere hopefully.

So what have we learnt over night, we'll lose DDG for feck all and get bent over in a deal for Ramos.

I like how ruthless Chelsea usually are in the transfer market, if they feel that a mistake was made in signing Cuadrado then they will try to sell him quickly rather than wasting him on the bench and letting his value fall down.

What the feck are we doing this window. Depay is a good signing but ultimately central midfield and defence were far more important and we're just dicking about at the moment.

Looks like we're going for some 'big' players. I'm sure we've a few things in place just in case but we need to see what (if anything) happens with Nani and RVP

Don't like to be all negative but can't help but feel the longer we mess around and leave players like Otamendi, Schneiderlin, Gundogan etc. all open to other teams that we may end up with egg on our faces by the end of the Transfer Window.

Wasn't Jose banging on about not selling him?

Apparently Gundogan deal was wrapped up until Barca got involved, then he demanded the same wages as di maria and ed/woodward got disgusted and locked everything off. Barca snubbed him for Pogba and Dortmund didn't want to sell him to Bayern unless they got a player in return.

As much as BVB are trying to make it looks like everything's cool, it wasn't. He definitely wanted to leave and is only considering staying because he's red nosed and has no where to go.

That's what Der western were saying apparently.

Anyone would think it was 24 August not 24 June, calm the feck down you drama queen!
Of course it's not panic time yet but rivals have started to be active, I don't see what could be gained by waiting.

It just seems that the circle jerk with Madrid is taking up most of woodward's time, that's due to silly reports, truth is I think everyone is clueless.

That all being said it's not looking like the early, structured and eventful window both LVG and woodward bragged about in May.
