Says we've offered Ramos a 5 year contract. First 3 years at 12mil a year, 4th 11mil and the final year 10mil

But I do agree that they do have a better squad, but it's not that every of their players would improve us, we have at least 6 players in di Maria, Herrera, Mata, Carrick, Smalling and Shaw who could play in their team (and maybe even Depay).

what about Rooney? and I doubt I'd name Shaw (certainly has the potential, but isn't there yet).

Regardless of how true the Ramos rumors are, I'm surprised at the lack of other transfer activity on our part so far.

LvG wanted players signed before pre-season starts but I think we're heading for the usual August panic buys.

I hope its just that the club has really shut shop when it comes to leaking transfer rumors.

Anyway Woodward and LvG have made things difficult for themselves with the "we will sign who we want, money doesnt matter" attitude.

Currently feel like its going to be a looong summer
 

They (Marca) are Peréz’s preferred main mouthpiece. Their silence arguably indicate renewal tensions with Ramos are real.

He is out of control,maybe he wants to leave a legacy for 2017 or maybe he is just trying to eliminate enemies,meanwhile his social approval is decreasing so I would expect good transfers this summer.The soap opera that never ends.As someone wrote yesterday Julian Ruiz wrote a very hard article in el mundo against Ramos and his brother for the blackmail.According to the article Iker and Ramos think that they are the bosses of the club.Probably he is upset with the squad,with United and Adidas.The next chapter of the novel may be the exhausting tour in Australia and China that only he
approves.
 
At the risk of sounding bitter, Firmino isn't one I cared about. Had never really seen him play (except once or twice for Brazil). Probably a decent signing for Liverpool going by what everyone else has said.
