Before Witsel went to Zenit, I thought he would be fabulous for us but isnt that Omid fella the one that was going on about Vidal to MUFC all summer long last year?
Getting Schneiderlin (or similar) actually allows us so many tactical options. We could even get Di Maria back into midfield.

I hope LVG sees things the way we do. Its about high time we get a proper tough CDM in the midfield.
It would also be nice to see ADM play for us in the same position he won MOTM in the Champions League last year.
I actually doubt we'll see Mata or Di Maria in the midfield 3 under LvG, but I do think if we can add a playmaker to a Schneiderlin/Herrera combo we'd have a very good midfield.

I know shit all but i have this feeling that our transfer window might nkt be as rosy as we all expected.
I do trust that Van Gaal and Woodie prepared transfer list from A-B, where A list consists of wrold class players like Varane, Benzema, Pogba. C lists is full of Dutch players and B is a mixture of experienced players who could do a job for a year or two and promossing players who are expected to step up at United. Think Shwine or Schneiderlin.
I have a feeling Woodie and Van Gaal overestimated our pulling power. Why on earth would Benzema or Varane leave Madrid for United?? Food, women, weahter is one thing but it would be a step down for them. Lets face it- Madrid are a better side at this moment and have a better chance of winning trophies.

He will make a huge difference to them. Not just because he's a great keeper but because he will add leadership to their backline. Something they've lacked in years.

Agreed, but handing him that ridiculous contract didn't help matters. Just getting him off the books is probably the most important thing at this point.
