In the next 30 hours we seem to do (complete) deals for:
* Henderson (out)
* Bayindir (in)
* Reguilon (in)
* van de Beek (out)
* Amrabat (in)

Heck a lot to do.

And absolute silence on Bailly front.
Henderson done.
Reguilon here we go.

Nothing yet on other 3 guys.
26 hours left.

Awful player but I like the clause where we can send him back in January.

Ok what happens if one of Dalot or Fernandez gets injured? Then what? We’d have 0 LBs at the club and 1 RB.

If in the event of ending up with 3 injured full backs at the same time you bemoan your bad luck and get on with it. Two full backs each side is more than enough.

If a whole bunch gets injured then players have to play out of position or a youth team player steps up.

Any chance of a striker? You know, the position where we don't have any decent backup to Højlund?

Thank God we have some pull as a club still.

Nobody said that as far as I can see. My reading is that they were talking about the optimism from earlier in the year vs the scrabbling around for loans at the end. You're seemingly fixating on the money aspect and trying to say the Glazers have given the club money. The Glazers never gave the club a penny. Not sure why you're dying on this hill but I've no time for this conversation anymore. Take it easy
Because it says “Arab Money” But if you think that means something other than money then ok

Source (Tier 3):

Just want to mention that the first tweet you posted is with Hanif Berkane who is basically a tier 1 for all Moroccan players, he must've been informed by sources close to the player himself.

I'm still a little wary of anyone who works for Foot Mercato given the outlet's generally unreliable nature, but you're right about Berkane and his solid connections with the Moroccan players. There's definitely more weight to this now than ever.

Got to admire Amrabat's commitment to joining us.
Calamitous as the club often appears to be on a day-to-day basis, and crippled as we are by our failson parasite overlords, it's still one of the most glamorous clubs in the world with a storied heritage, playing CL football and (at least technically) genuinely in the 'fight' for trophies every year - along with a record of paying its players well and indulging them to a fault when it comes to retaining their place at the club past usefulness. Plus he has a real shot at playing most games and starting over 50% of them with our current CM travails. So between all of that, there's definitely an appeal beyond the other clubs mentioned...
