If Bailly wasn't made of glass I think he would've established himself as a starter, his talent was never in question for me. It's a shame.

The key part:

Juventus were interested in Martial last summer. Also, ignore the part in the article where they mention Martial being on loan to Valencia last season.

Doubt we’d let any attacker go now, we’re so threadbare up there at the moment.

Oh feck off with the loans.

A loan to Italy got rid of Smalling, personally think Bailly would do well in Italy.

Sometimes you have got to hope the player performs to put himself in the window. It's hard to see how anyone would buy him perminant from his current position in our squad.

 Wow!

And yeah, he is a cnut.

I mean that's a fact he is the most successful manager post Ferguson. He won two trophies. LVG won one. Ole won feck all yet he is the one who top reds twerk the most for. Ole did the most damage to this club. He has made it acceptable for United fans to accept failure, think of top 4 as success, and created an atmosphere of toxic positivity where fans are happy if seasons end in failure as long as their fave academy kid gets a chance to stink up the place. Players who stepped up in finals and won us trophies like Lingard, Pogba and Fellaini were hounded out of the club while failures like Rashford, Maguire, Shaw, McTominay are praised to the skies and given umpteen chances to prove how really bad they are.

I mean attractive football isn't even a barometer of success if the season ends without a trophy but apparently "trophies are for ego." Only a failure of a manager would say that. And Oleball was never easy on the eyes. Just look at how his reign ended in tears and ashes.

So what? It's such an incredibly low bar that it's not even worth mentioning. He was still a fecking disaster. A couple of Mickey Mouse trophies doesn't change that.

The rest of your post is a load of bizarre shite.

We won 2 irrelevant trophies so Mourinho apparently achieved something here, but Ole "did damage" Football fans don't realize that in football so many things are decided by small margins. We could've easily lost to Celta Vigo at Old Trafford and went out in the EL semis in 2017, whilst if Maguire didn't get injured for the Villarreal game last year we very likely would've won the EL in 2021. Not to mention that Villarreal then went on to beat / almost beat so many European heavyweights in the next 12 months that it's not even that big of an embarrassment that we lost to them on penalties.

But but but and If if if if

An argument as flimsy as it gets

Yeah, cause people like you don't understand probability. We don't win the 2016-17 EL 10 out of 10 times. We also don't lose the 2020-21 EL 10 out of 10 times. Just like Real Madrid probably wins the 2021-2022 CL 1 out of 10 times or 1 out of 20 times cause they were shit all the way until the final. Come back to me when you understand what I'm talking about instead of coming up with a stupid response like that.

What is the point of football if NOT winning trophies? o.O How is winning a trophy an incredibly low bar?

What a bizarre load of drivel.

Are you ok? Maybe take a step away from football for a bit....

I have to applaud you...it's rare to see so much stupidity in one post

Are you aware that line 99% of teams around the world never compete for a trophy?

What a sad attitude to have. Typical of a modern day 'Internet fan'. You don't even understand the sport that you're spending time angrily bashing a keyboard about.

Why do you think people want to protect grassroots football and the pyramid in general? Because of trophies?

You need to go and experience football properly, I reckon.

This just isn't accurate though. Even when he was fit he'd do just as many horrific things as good things.

Just looked him up. Does he idolise Paul Pogba? If so, I don't want him:

Proper doppelganger!

Didn't Jose say United always go out in the CL last 16 and 2nd place was a great achievement? How's that for lowering standards?

Jose Deathball Mourinho

Even if he had won the CL and PL, Jose was an absolute horrible person at our club, as a person. Cnuts can win trophies, sure, but they're still cnuts.
