"protecting the value" Woodward should be in prison for crimes against Man United

EXACTLY what I've been saying for years. Any supporters without agenda could see it was the board decision to keep some uneeded fringe and toxic players at the club eventhough the managers saw no use of them, Jose and Ole trully deserved some apology from the fans.
Also the fact that this has only been leaked after their boss Woodward resigned from the club shows that we have "Dog-Eat-Dog" situation above where everyone blaming everyone for their collective failures, not a good sign if ETH wants to succeed here.

Some at Tottenham are concerned about Pochettino being Conte's potential replacement. Regardless, Spurs would always consider other managers to take over Conte.

I can see Potter going there and it being a disaster.

  • Leeds value Phillips at £60M.
  • West Ham and Aston Villa are also interested in him.
  • Phillips will be switching his agents in order to secure a move out of Leeds.

I disagree I think he'd be perfect for what Levy theoretically wants and would do really well there. Doesn't need a big budget to play attractive football, plays youngsters, an excellent coach who seems to improve his players, really seems to have the makings of a world class manager.

Cedric was getting linked to both Porto and Newcastle United by some of the less reliable Portuguese media outlets in the past few days.

Feels like it'll be one more year for him as their attacking RB but White or Tomiyasu will end up there if Saliba is as good as he seem to have become, since Arsenal need to sign a CM (2 if Xhaka leaves) and at least one #9 this summer (if Nketiah and Lacazette leave they need a cheap backup too, could see Origi as a nice fit there behind Jesus), though they'd probably be financially smarter to move him if the can scrape 8-10M for him and signing someone like Jeremie Frimpong with real attacking potential.

It's tough to not have your career backwards when you move into the upper mid-table in England (see Rodgers, Brendan) because you need to finish top 7 every year or so and you're rarely going to crack the top 4. So your reputation is hurt. Fixing Everton would be good for Potter, but other than that I think it's replacing Rodgers at Leicester or going to Spurs or he has to go abroad for his next move.

Manchester United fan...

This is huge news if true. I hope it doesn't go through though obviously. We need to do everything to try to encourage him to put his bid on the table for United. Shows that there are people out there with the cash and interest.
He would be an ideal owner for us. I hope those with sway in MUST and other fan groups try to attract his interest to us and at the same time we push the glazers towards a sale.

A supposed United supporter and he doesnt bid for us? feck off

Perhaps the Glazer family would want more than £4 billion for United? I guess Chelsea is also the more stable club (from a footballing perspective) and being based in London too which might be more attractive.

I think it's safe to say they would want more, especially if this guy is willing to pay that much for Chelsea

Perhaps.

It’s crazy though really, especially considering how they ‘bought’ the club.

End up there ?
Tomiyasu is the starting RB and why he was bought. His injuries to both calves meant Cedric had to play a lot more than planned. And to be faire he was pretty good for a good chunk of it but he also had some disasterclass. I'd be fine with him staying if Tomiyasu can stay fit next season.

How can journalists shift the whole narrative in matter of days ? These were the guys blaming the whole management hierarchy and their deals until couple of weeks ago. Now changes are being made, they are crying foul.

Chelsea? stable??

From a footballing perspective, yes.

Do you think we have a better set up than them? It’s going to take a lot more work to get us competing again compared to Chelsea.
