Allan is a very good defensive midfielder, though aging. The issue is none of them are natural playmakers/ball progressors. None of them the guy who will get on the ball and pass it around to make something happen. That burden will still stay with Allan to do all of that.

Links yes and there was a lot of talk earlier on in the window but I've seen no firm reports to indicate we're in negotiations to bring someone in, and certainly not recently. There's been nothing about agreeing terms, wages, fees so it's looking very unlikely.
