Rumours of Chowdry to Newcastle so just replacing him probably.

That's too big a replacement for someone who played 10 league games all season, and who will fetch nowhere near the amount they'll be splashing on Soumare.

I reckon they'll lose some big names after missing out on top 4 again. With Vardy another year older, it's hard to see them breaking into it next season either.

Antonio Conte broke up with the #Inter . Who proposed the renewal with a 20% cut on salary, the sacrifice of two big names, a market without heavy investments, a reduction in salaries. The break is almost total: they are negotiating the potential severance pay

Conte is a good manager but far too much drama & high maintenance.

Spurs or Juve next? Considering he doesn't like reduced budgets, maybe neither!
Barca? But I don't think his style fits in with Barca. Allegri seems Real bound.

Or PSG? Poch could get the axe considering the poor season.

RM might be in for a manager... someone mention if Mourhinho didnt had a hurry he could have come back to Inter

In this instance you can't really blame Conte. Just won them the league and that's the terms they wanna present? A complete return to mediocrity...

All the top managers are. They all expect the board to support them and spend to fulfill their vision. And given the resources he nearly always delivers - 5 titles in 7 years is brilliant.

Given his returns in trophies I'd say he's well worth it. He's built a fantastic team at Inter and won Serie A rather convincingly. In most clubs that would lead to a salary increase and a decent war chest for the summer. I know the pandemic has hit some clubs hard, but to try and force him to sell key players and have everyone take salary cuts is a step too far, I'm sure he would have stayed if they'd of just held the status quo given the circumstances.

I don't think he'll be on the streets long, his resume speaks for itself and he'll be a top target for any big club.

COVID screwed everyone over. Their board can't be blamed for that!

I agree to an extent, with Conte you hear about it every 6 months.
In this instance, I don't think it's made up by the press.

I can't recall anyone taking such severe measures. Take a paycut, lose 100 million in players...likely nothing to replace them with.

If we focus on Italy only, apparently Juve are looking to sell a number of players.
Inter's owners had to shut down their Chinese team after it had won the league I think. And I seem to remember Inter having FFP concerns last year - not sure what the deal is with FFP anymore but is that still a concern?

How we managed to flog them Alexis, deal of the century. A washed up, over the hill semi retired zillionaire on half a million a week.

One out of three success rate so not a massive loss.

We have several things for Fabian, most likely we will continue in Europe. There are several options, we are in no hurry because the tournament just ended. The best leagues are asking about him, he will continue in European football.

Facundo Pellistri returns to United.

From the official website:
He landed in Mendizorrotza in the winter market. He has played 12 games as albiazul, in which he has shown his talent and impudence in one on ones. A muscle injury hampered his performance in the final stretch of the course.

Given that two of them are first XI regulars, I’d say more 66%. Although I know you aren’t the fondest of our Viking!

So why are we still searching for another first XI centre back then?

Info RMC Sport: Marseille has activated the track of Seko [Fofana], from RC Lens, in recent days. former Udinese player. An agreement between the player and OM would exist. RC Lens requires at least €20 million!
