So would we have a longer period of time to sign Sarr? Is it a different deadline?

(no new links, I just think we might end up with him)

10+ days.. but have to submit the European registration tomorrow.

Castles putting his neck on the line. Surely he should be banned if this one turns out to be untrue.
With how fast things are happening by the hour and the topsy turvy nature of it all, I wouldnt look too much into it. A journo could get information which is 15 mins old and in that 15 mins Barca could agree to the loan and message United or say no. Whatever. Point being is you never know who's got the most recent information

Only seen him a few times for Watford. Looks decent very direct player with plenty of pace. Don't think he's worth £40M which is Watford are apparently asking for.

I doubt we are in for him. But at least he's played well in the premier league so we know he can potentially do it for United too.

He’s our plan E or F?

I think at this stage we might be on page two of the 'desirable transfer targets' list.

Nothing quite like getting annihilated at home by a supposedly lesser team - we'll be flailing around in the market panic buying anyone and anything right the way through to the deadline.

He's "OK". Can't pass the ball to save his life and his first touch isn't much good, but he's fast and can finish.

Wham tried to bring Rudiger, but it's been turned down by the player himself.

Daniele Longo of Calciomercato.com, who believes AC Milan will make a new attempt for the former Roma star, with reports that Spurs are also interested.

Seriously not been embarrassed enough over the weekend to continue with these inept transfer negotiations. It’s a fecking calamity.

This is absolutely insane. Woodward really does fancy himself as some high-end Wall Street negotiator, why wait until last minute? Does it have anything to do with social media hits?

Our transfer 'strategy' in this window basically boils down to 3 reasons:

1. We have no money to buy players outright
2. We have done no due diligence so don't want to risk buying players that may fail
3. There are no long terms plans on keeping the manager hence don't want to commit to players that may need to be jettisoned.

Whichever way you look at it, just goes to confirm that that top down we are all over the place and its going to require a monumental turnaround to make us title challengers.
