Just embarrassed by our transfer activity. Waited until the last minute to get Sancho, which was dead months ago. It doesn’t go through and now we are panic buying. This will damage us for years yet again.

Dembele - injury prone
Telles - 27 and still playing in Portugal
Traore - 1/4 of the Sancho fee and won’t even play for us for at least 3 months.
The club is runs by idiot. Those 4 players above is not a plan. There is no strategy at all. Time and time again he wastes our bloated resources on crap just because he can get the deal over the line. Woodward needs to be sacked and pressure has to mount for him to go.

Surely we can't be stupid enough to sign Dembele with an obligation to buy? If we're that much into sicknotes, we can just extend Phil Jones' contract instead.
