Now this would be a good signing for Crystal Palace.

Get away. He’s nearly 36. Why don’t we see if we can get Zlatan back for another year while we’re at it.

Just think he plugs a hole in the squad and frees up funds for elsewhere. A bit like blanc did when he joined. He was good enough for psg this season and they are a better team than us right now.

Blanc plugged a hole alright, but he was so slow getting there all the water had already run out.

Gabriel's having his medical at Arsenal now before starting his quarantine. Interesting

Looking forward to buying him for 40m on deadline day to be our only signing this window...

Could have another Greenwood with us!

Greenwood is supposed to be a very good prospect, weird that he's already getting moved on  Why are we clearing out all our young strikers when we have nobody behind Nketiah...
We're going to need a world class striker in a year or two.

Which Greenwood? You have a young striker whose last name is Greenwood too?

Well worth that fee. He's far better than Dan James. Just get it done.
100% would be a much better squad option than James, would just be quite underwhelming if that's all we did in the market to build off a strong finish to the season.

They'll still need to balance the books. For all the talk of "FFP is dead" due to City's money funnelling behaviour, the basic rules will still apply and be upheld by UEFA and the EPL.

Chelsea had a huge loss last season. And still making lots of signings

He played 9 games in the Premier League last season. How is he worth any where near that. And why do the CAF rate him so highly when he’s barely played. The same situation as Longstaff last season. People are so desperate for signings they just accept anyone to say we have made a signing.

What do you know about him? Seen his name mentioned a couple of times now.
He's a young striker from France who was highly touted as a teenager. He has a ton of raw ability and is a bit of a freak athlete. He's huge yet quite pacy, and he has good technique to boot though he doesn't show it consistently. He's been in and out of Mainz's lineup last season, but he had some flashes of brilliance particularly after the restart. He hasn't scored too many goals, but he has shown some decent finishing. He needs more minutes to develop and become better.

With how much Benteke has struggled to score goals, Palace might be better off having a young player to develop instead of a player supposedly in his best years in Benteke. Then again, I'm not sure if Hodgson and the coaching staff would be willing to invest time in him. They didn't invest much time into Meyer.

Its not the same at all.

He had a very good season the year before in the PL when he was 22 (7 or 8 goals and as many assists in 30 games) and was being touted for a move to a big club at that stage.

Largie Ramazani has been sold to Almeria. This might be a good move for his career.

I wonder why there hasn't been any noise about the keeper situation at Arsenal. Martinez was excellent from the time Leno went out injured. Are they really going to just sit him back on the bench? Think Martinez himself that he wouldn't settle for that.

Martinez said that he didn't want to sit on the bench anymore.

A bunch of transfer stories rolled up into one article:

Relevant info:
  • Crystal Palace are still chasing QPR's Eberechi Eze but face competition from Fulham, West Ham, and other PL clubs/.
  • QPR won't sell for less than 16 million Pounds.
  • West Ham are also competing with Celtic for Brighton's Shane Duffy.
    • They need to sell before they can buy.

He's open to leaving Arsenal if he gets sent back to the bench as SilentWitness mentioned.

Bologna are chasing Lorenzo de Silvestri, which explains Torino's chase of Vojvoda.
