He is mad because Arsenal wont let him go for free?

I don't know what the problem is but around September-October in France it was rumoured that Arsenal would let him leave this summer.

I can understand being 33 that Koscielny would like to leave, he's been there for many years now. Probably had his fill of London.

There’s ways to do it though. Refusing to go on tour is beyond scummy. I’d give him jail time.

I like Steve Bruce as a manager.

Hardly any manager in history can sustain success for a prolonged period of time. That's just the way football management works. Maintaining a competitive spirit in the dressing room without losing respect is almost impossible for years at a time.

Brucey, like just about every other good manager, comes into a club and then lifts it. It's unfair to judge him solely by the way he leaves.

You should judge him by the lift he provides, the players he signs and the state of the club after he's gone. On those scores, he's really very decent. His eye for underrated talent is as good as you'll find in the bottom half of the PL. I'd expect him to discover at least a couple of players that end up in the top 6 at some point in their careers.

Probably BS anyway, but I don't want Savic for 50 million euros, let alone 100 million. :wenger:
Yeah, because our midfield is so stacked with talent already, right?

Most of these stories are BS, but he'd be a great replacement for Fellaini. We'd have a midfielder who can be used as a target man in desperate situations again.

If the owner is Mike Ashley, manager is Steve Bruce and you have to live in Tyneside, I'd probably consider buggering off to join the French legion or something.

Savic done nothing on international or European stage at 24 and is worth £90m???? Hahahahaha. Yeah get real. He's worth about £50m tops.

Don't even think the 74m bid is genuine. That would make him one of the most expensive CM's ever and he's nowhere near that good.

FDoes anyone know if this guy reliable please?
He appears to have the ear of a lot of sources. Some of them will tell him the truth at any given time. Others will tell him fibs for nefarious reasons.

I certainly wouldn't discount anything he says. He's often the first to report things that other media picks up later on.

He's reliable in the sense that he doesn't make shit up. But there's only so much he can do about his sources wanting to spread disinformation.

I don't know what people expect from Twitter. Nobody is ever going to be 100% correct because the situation is constantly changing on the ground. They can only report what they're told. All we can do is try to sift out the ones who create total fiction.

Thanks for that :). Nice to know that he doesn't just make up crap for the sake of it, which is very reassuring.

So he's doing what Rooney did? Rooney was right when he went down this route, is Pogba?
I would most likely question the club's ambition if I was in Pogba's seat, especially the mess we've been in the past few years in mind. You can call Pogba overrated or underrated, the bottom line is he is a wanted man by clubs who have the quality to win trophies consistently, and he is currently in a club who have had a rebuilding project for 6 years and gotten nowhere. He has every right to be concerned about his career.
