How about we don't buy longstaff and let Garner develop at his own pace and buy someone around 25 that can immediately improve our side.Cant we just promote Garner ?

Do we actually know that? Feel free to link me with details i'm curious as I always assumed a club of our size would have someone dedicated to working out valuations of players at the club and ones we're interested in rather than having just one guy do everything from football deals to club marketing.
Except he isn't, he is more like Garner than McTom
Old steal my toilet at it again.
He's been on fire for Galatasaray since Christmas. That's an odd one, hasn't even played for Everton right?

He’d play a similar role as Mctominay imo. He’s similar to him in regards of breaking up play and winning the ball back. He’s just a better passer than Mctominay.Except he isn't, he is more like Garner than McTom

Yeah, I was very excited to see him in the prem for you. My brother-in-law is an Everton fan and he was one I said he should keep an eye on this season. Still, free money! This really sucks. I don't know much about the player but from what i've read he's performed well on loan and Bayern interest shows his talent. Disappointing that we could lose out due to work permit issues. Reading rumours that it could be 20m+ which would be tasty for a player we have never used.
Would rather have Meunier than Bissaka personally. 20-25 mill vs 50 million, not to mention Bissaka doesn't have a great technique and he isn't very good going forward. He'll be essentially another project that we will have to work on, like Dalot.
Meunier would have been perfect but hey, he isn't English
Wasn't this his first season as RB? He's had a good season, but too call him an established RB and one of the best in the league would be a real stretch.AWB isn't really another 'project' like Dalot - I think he is already an established right back, in fact, he's one of the best in the Premier League and he still has room for more improvement.
People keep saying he's injured. What kind of injury is it?Except he isn't, he is more like Garner than McTom

He broke through towards the end of last season, but this season was his first full season.Wasn't this his first season as RB? He's had a good season, but too call him an established RB and one of the best in the league would be a real stretch.
He can improve but again he's no finished project, he better than Dalot though
Thanks, thought it was worse.

I must be one of the very few that thinks we're gonna have a good summer transfer window.
I don't really know why, perhaps it's just delusion.
Robson is very annoying, all he does is provide running commentary. These type of stories make me laugh.
We haven't bid 25m yet, but are going too
The papers know before we make this bid, it's going to be rejected.
So why are we going to make this bid anyway?
Nothing has actually happened yet, but the papers know both sides of the outcome!
Good news, a definite downgrade on DDG.
