That would be a bargain considering how much Barcelona paid for Coutinho and psg for Neymar.
Neymar and Coutinho had a long contract and younger before they join PSG and Barcelona. Hazard has 1 year left contract in summer and just turned 28 now.
I imagine it is for the duration of the contract. I don´t see much Atlético to have an opinion but he always plays

But seriously, i don't see us going over €90-100m in transfer fee for Hazard, unless Hazard wants the move so much he takes a discount on wages(from say €30m/year to 20-25). Reckon Chelsea will take it.
If we had to pay 35 for a goalkeeper, for his best player I do not think It will be under 80.
In addition, I imagine that during these last months Madrid have been equally ambiguous with him.
