No thanks Isco. Think he's a really good player but we dont need him. Just means he'd either be played out of position or we'd shift Pogba back deeper.

The sad thing is Chilwell would probably make that move if offered this summer, when he should actually wait another year to be make sure he's developed enough to beat off a fit Mendy.
He'd quality. I doubt Madrid would let him go but he'd be an instant upgrade on Mata and Lingard were he to join us.

Both play RW though a position that Isco has barely played. Hence why I come back to "being played out of position". I dunno, I think Isco has stagnated a bit, he's not as good as I thought he was going to end up being. He's done well at International level for Spain but struggled at Real Madrid.

On form Isco is imo a better player than Eriksen. Absolutely cracking player.
I agree to be honest, when he first broke through I thought he had the potential to be one of the best players of his generation. Quite a few at that same age range have disappointed when compared with their original break through though, and mostly for varying different reasons.

Plus his strongest position is occupied by a certain Paul Pogba who's finally getting back into form.
I'm all for strength in depth but I feel this would be a unnecessary move.
Think we'd need a much better DM if we ever want to play him and Pogba in midfield together. Not entirely sure what Isco's like defensively tbh.
Isco is a great player. But we have more pressing issues need to be sorted first.
I say no to Isco
Chelsea and City should close their academies. Awful clubs. Spurs, Us, Liverpool and Arsenal have given youngsters loads of chances.
City is at least setting theirs up in a decent manner giving resources to it etc. Chelsea is literally just trying to play Pokemon and catch 'em all without ever using them.
I am no Jose fan but this just sounds made up really.
Jose was fired a few weeks ago. When was he dropped? Was he performing well he when he was dropped? I doubt a club would drop a performing player just to spite another club simply because one of their fans got sacked.
Isco is a great player that plays the game beautifully. However, he isn't going to fit as a winger in a 433 or the CAM in a 4231 because of Pogba.
Love Isco as a player but we need to stop buying square for round holes just because they're talented.
