I some how imagine that PSG would rather miss out on CL for a season or two and pay huge fines before allowing Mbappe to leave.

If there was the slightest chance of him going up for sale we should be all over it. Although, in our current state, who would realistically want to come here? As a life long United fan with a dream of playing for the club (if I was pro, obviously), I'd honestly be having second doubts myself.

That would be the cheery on top of this transfer window really. PSG forced to sell Mbappe* and there being a bidding war for him in Spain, Italy**,Germany** and we cant sign him*** due to the fecking idiotic decision to close the window early

*never going to happen anyway
** never never going to happen anyway
*** never never never going to happen anyway

The window in Italy is already closed!

"Now it transpires United did actually throw their hat into the ring and made an enquiry for Van Dijk.
They wanted to know the terms of his deal last December but, as is typical of that club now, the question was asked on the day Van Dijk was undergoing his medical at Anfield. By then it was too far late. United's loss is most definitely Liverpool's gain."

So it's not a proper coup for Liverpool unless United (that club ) tried (and failed) to sign the player!
Every Liverpool fan fantasizes about the moment Van-Dyke rejected us like it's a scene from the film 300 with Klopp as Leonidas and Woodward as King Xerxes.

Has there ever been such a quick and sudden fall from grace? 3 months this guy was lining up in the final of the Champions League, his manager and fans insisting he was the future for Liverpool. Now he's being pawned off on the cheap to a second rate league. Ouch.

€2m from Bordeaux for your first management gig sounds like quite an ask.

Guedes going to Valencia. €40m + 10m according to Marca and L'Equipe.
