The best agreement has been reached with a club that talks a lot, but does different things than it talks about

Apparently it's Atletico. Will be a great player imo.

Damn. Really good young player, like a Spanish Carrick. Not sure a Carrick has the power Mourinho wants though. But Atletico show that you dont need a full team of 6 foot plus players with lots of strength and power to play in the way Mourinho wants.

Not every journalist has a blue tick, and some of the worst 'sources' have a blue tick. All that is required is a site of your own, really. He's alright.
What I meant was he doesn't even care enough to have a blue tick. Simone Stone doesn't have one IIRC

Anyone care to translate? I tried using Twitter translate but I'm still unsure what is meant to say. However, I think this journalist is supposed to be reliable. If Conte stays, it will surely mean that Willian will leave and probably join us.

Edit: he's tier one (for A.C. Milan), on reddit transfer reliability guide.

I don't mind buying players of age (Willian and Toby)
What I worry is Jose is so short sighted, for him it's all about here and now. He's the sort of manager that would want to sign no matter what they end up costing, yet will throw away players like Martial, Shaw etc without really giving them a decent chance.

I worry this coming season is the season it all implodes for Mourinho and we end up with a bunch of ageing players that the next manager may not even want

I can't make heads or tails out of it either using translating stuff.

Chelsea planning (for now) besides Conte, the contract, the FA cup. They'll be in contact with Sarri in the coming days, exciting hours up ahead, as they wait for Abramovich's final say.

It basically says that Chelsea are looking (for now) beyond Conte. New contacts with Sarri. Everyone is waiting for Abramovic's decision.

Cheers. So he might stay yet if they can't find an adequate replacement.

That surprises me.

They're a Europa team, they aren't going to be signing players like Hazard. Cazorla would have been handy to keep around for another year imo, especially if Arteta is the next boss.

He’s not played for about 2 years

Would make too much sense for us on the right. Another we'll look at in 6 months and wonder why we weren't in for him.

Agreed. I'd also include Zaha on that list and If Dembele leaves Barcelona then he's another one

It's actually depressing watching clubs with a purpose and a understanding for the future :(

I highly doubt he'll play top tier football ever again. He's lucky to be walking without significant deficits.

Carzola has been out injured for ages. Major injuries can take toll on the body as well as too much time away from the game, it's extremely difficult to regain playing level. He may not return at all or even if he does, he may not be at required level for EL, let alone a team trying to break back into top 4.

Edit: when club releases player, they can still offer players to stick around to rehab and in some cases offer pay per game deals. So it's not like entirely cutting tie. It's more like rid of a bad credit in the book for the moment.

No Arteta then. Bookies made a killing over past few days then.

As much as I hate WHU, they've done excellently there with Pellegrini - very good manager, good pedigree, way better than their usual fodder.
