Noooooo, they wil win PL next season!!!
Why bother playing then!!
Just give the bloody trophy then!

Are you doubting the veracity of the Alison experts on here who have been dutifully watching him every game he has played (aside from 99% of them not being televised)?

Most people barely heard of him until he let in a shed load of goals in the CL but somehow he's the next coming. God to love it and at that price too

Is there any meltdown? I've just seen sarcastic comments but nothing in the way of "this is their year" or whatever. He's a good purchase for them, they've improved on their terrible keepers but it's pretty obvious to me that the team we are chasing is City and no one else.

This weirdo should be blacklisted.
Sounds like a load of BS ....or potential smoking out other deals as the clock is ticking plus Maybe get the story in the Media to ward Bayern off Martial or United Board would only entertain Martial plus the club paying 75M and receiving Lewandowski and Tiago or Lewandowski and Vidal ....like most United Fans i see this has being extremely unlikely!

It's really good signing for Liverpool. GK has been maybe their weakest area and now they will get there keeper who Tite seems to rate higher than Ederson. And Ederson is good. They have change to challenge for title next season. Solid work from Klopp and Liverpool.

Liverpool have put themselves above us with their transfer window. Hopefully, things are cooking in the background, cause we aren't going to have a good season with our current setup.

Would you say it's time for our viewers to crack each other's heads open and feast on the goo inside?

Someone hand Liverpool the transfer window trophy.

We can only dream of such trinkets... Having won just three trophies since Ferguson retired compared to their zero. Tough times Indeed.

Liverpool seem to have done a bit of work to address their weaknesses, while Woody & Jose have relatively sat on the sidelines so far. Fred might address a lot of our issues, but the flanks are still a sore point. Unbelievable that the full-backs haven't been addressed with an experienced player, while some here are hoping that the youngsters at those positions are ready to step up (remember we have Jose in charge, not the most willing of managers to trust in youngsters). He might be forced into it, but expect him to moan about it if results don't go his way.

Still a few weeks to address some issues, but it's getting late. Pre-season has basically started and anyone signed now will be running to catch up, while we have a boatload of players resting from the WC. The first few weeks of the season will be very interesting, to say the least. With the self-imposed early EPL transfer deadline, we (& our rivals) won't be able to make any adjustments until January, so Woody better start wheeling & dealing.

City had a great transfer window last year now it seems it’s Liverpool’s turn. In the meantime we are scratching our arses waiting for Gareth bale to officially decline us:lol:

Fact is, after this Liverpool has bigger chances than us to win PL next season. They are second favourites after City. Good transfer window for them. We should do something before window closes, current squad simply isn't good enough.

If we're not discussing Sandro at the same time, I'd weep, but I'm just not really expecting a new LB at this point, as glaringly obvious it is that we should get one.

At least the deal is seemingly still happening having gone dead quiet for a few weeks there

Recouping, or nearly recouping, the money we initially spent on him is great value. Very much a fan of us not being pushovers when it comes to selling players anymore, too many clubs were happy to rinse us with fees and we'd end up selling for peanuts. We've had some very good fees for Blind, Depay, Schneiderlin and now Darmian with a bit of luck.

I get the feeling we were banking on Bale being available, but have been caught out by Ronaldos sale (making Bale’s sale unlikely). We’re now in a hiatus assessing the alternatives; we’ll make another big signing, but I will be really annoyed if we go into the season with Valencia and Young as our first choice FBs.

Not sure if this guy is reliable. He seems to be an infant based on his Twitter pic.

Looks like a young Klopp

I'm not seeing it...

Why do United seemingly place so much focus on these superstar players without considering the team. I was hoping with the new scouts in place we might actually get smarter and sign potentially world class players in the early to mid 20s but yet again we're stuck buying injury prone superstars who won't help us win the champions league or even the premier league. I still have hope we're after quality players - but it does seem like we're behind Liverpool in the market at the moment, which is pretty shocking for a club of United's size and wealth.
